- Zip code and profile details (for Pros)
- Service category selection and availability slots (for Pros)
- Booking details (date/time, duration, quantity, and booking notes)
- Messages exchanged through the Platform (in-app chat)
- Profile information you voluntarily provide (such as a photo, links, and portfolio details)
We do not collect phone numbers unless voluntarily shared within platform communications.
B. Authentication Information
- One-time passcodes (OTP) sent to your email
- Security metadata to protect accounts (for example: OTP attempt counts and temporary lockouts)
C. Automatically Collected Information
- Device type
- Operating system
- App version
- IP address
- Usage and interaction data (such as features used and basic diagnostics)
This information helps us improve performance, security, and user experience.
D. Payment and Payout Information
Payments are processed through third-party payment processors, including Stripe.
- ProLynk does not store full credit card numbers or CVV.
- We may store payment-related identifiers and records tied to a booking (for example: Stripe payment intent IDs, charge IDs, receipt links, payment status, and fee breakdowns).
- For Pros, Stripe may also be used for payouts (Stripe Connect), and we may store payout-related identifiers needed for support and reconciliation.

E. Identity Verification (Pros)
ProLynk may use Stripe Identity to verify a Pro’s identity when this feature is enabled. In that case, identity documents and verification data are collected and processed by Stripe to complete verification. ProLynk may store verification status and non-sensitive references needed to operate the Platform.
F. Push Notifications
- Device tokens and device type to deliver notifications (for example, booking updates)

- Facilitate bookings between Clients and Pros
- Provide in-app chat and booking communications

A. Between Users
Client information necessary for service fulfillment may be shared with the Pro after booking confirmation. Pro profile information is visible to Clients browsing the Platform.
B. With Service Providers
We may share information with trusted third parties who help operate the Platform, including:
- Payment processors (e.g., Stripe) for payments, payouts, and (if enabled) identity verification
- Push notification providers (e.g., Apple Push Notification service (APNs), Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM))
- Email delivery providers for transactional emails
- Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers
- Analytics and monitoring services (where used) to help improve reliability and security
These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information.
